The Pilates Studio contains 2 Reformers, 1 Trapeze Table, and 4 Exo Chairs.The
Reformer is one of the original pieces of equipment designed by Joseph
Pilates, providing a great range of exercises for abdominal strength and
control, and overall body conditioning.
The Exo Chair is a revolutionary piece of pilates equipment that
enhances stability, balance and body control. It focuses on upper and
lower body strength and conditioning, I can guarantee that you will love
it!
The studio is open Monday to Friday during the days and evenings.
