All classes last for 1 hour and are suitable for all levels.
You may join a class after the term has started, please contact me for details.

Mat and Equipment Group Classes -
- Class fees are non-refundable (unless you have a letter from your Doctor)
- Missed classes may be made up in a different class, as long as it is with in the same term, and space permitting
- Class fees must be paid in advance
